Tour
7+ days prior tour start date: 100% reimbursement of the tour price (no cancellation charges)
6 to 2-days prior tour start date: 25% reimbursement of the tour price
1 day prior or same day of tour start date: no reimbursement
For bus
More than 48 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee
24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund
Passenger not showing up: No refund
NO REFUND for BUS, TRAIN, and TOURS for whatever reason if you booked on the Holidays in Vietnam
When it comes to public holidays and New Year’s Day in Vietnam, it is important to be aware that the cancellation time for buses, trains or tours is 72 hours. This means that if you decide to cancel after this timeframe passes, we will not be able to provide any refunds for your money for any reason. This policy remains in place to ensure that businesses are not financially penalized due to last-minute cancellations. To avoid disappointment and save yourself financial loss, make sure you plan ahead and take the necessary cancellation precautions when booking transportation during public holidays or New Year’s Day in Vietnam.
